Need help to recruit staff for the Mahavidya Girl School

Could you please help us find staffs from the circle of friends that you have.
MAHAVIDYA EDUCATIONAL TRUST is looking for the following staff to start the first Mahavidya Girls School (English school) in Madurai district, Tamil Nadu.
With the blessings of the Divine Mother this July, we are start with kindergarten that will offer 12 children an opportunity of from the age of 3-6 years old. Each year after that we will expand the school with 2 more classes.
Kindergarten will focus on developing social, imaginative play based learning for the children thus making learning for them a joyful adventure rather than a memorizing task without any practical implementation of theory.
Our aim is to educate young girls in the rich Indian heritage and to give them the opportunity to receive an education that is nurturing for their body, mind and spirit
The girls admitted to the school will come from the local village and from orphanages or from difficult circumstances.
Since the Mahavidya Girls School is partly a boarding school, we need in the first place 1 teacher and 2 nannies.
What we are looking for are young spirited Teachers and Nannies who offer their skills, love and dedication to young challenged girls. Teachers who are able to uplift the girls’ mentality in such a way that they grow up to be well rounded, educated, socially well behaved, creative individuals. They must be treated befitting a Goddess
1 Qualified Teacher
- Fully certified teacher..
- need to be creative, joyful, soft, knowledgeable and peaceful, a good role model for growing girls
- need to be fluent in spoken and written English and Hindi.
-Knowledge of Baranatiam and /or Sangeetham has preference.
-Knowledge of or experience in Steiner education is highly preferable
-Teachers will stay at the school property and will have their own space to retreat at night.
The selected Teacher must be committed to be with the children for the next 6 years of their education so that teacher and pupils develop a strong relationship.
2 nannies:
- Young vibrant girl to fill the position of nanny will be responsible for the welfare of the children, and some teaching skills will be essential. Care for the children mainly after hours, and capable of teaching when the teacher goes on holidays.
- She will have to take care of the children and make sure that all their needs are catered for.
- Fluent in spoken English is preferable.
- Affluent Tamil is a must
- She must be capable of working independent and capable of taking responsibility for the needs of the children.
Chef
Chef or cook who can independently cater for the needs of young children. One has to be capable of planning the menu befitting the needs of young children. 3 meals a day with delicious nutritious food.
Knowledge of or experience in Ayurvedic cooking or one who is willing to learn
The chef or cook is responsible for the management of the kitchen.
Reasonable fluency in spoken English is a must
1 Watchmen:
Independent respectful guards with shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.. Regulate and check the people coming and going into the school property keeping in mind the vulnerability of the children.
Some knowledge of English is preferable
Suits a matured person who spiritually minded.
Gardener.
Gardener who is love gardening. Someone who can help develop an organic vegetable and herb garden. Some knowledge of English is preferable
Depending on qualification, age, experience and additional skills monthly salary will negotiable during the interview.

We speak English and we do fine here. We need people who do not speak Tamil, so that the kids are forced to learn other languages. The residencial accomodation us set up to western standards.
